Cheltenham Festival matched betting profit diary.

So, one of the biggest days in the matched betting diary is here, the start of the Cheltenham horse racing festival. Today is going to be a busy day and thank god I have not got that much work to do in my 9-5 so I will be getting on as many matched bets as I can. This matched betting profit diary blog post will be live and updated as I make my way through the days bets and offers, at the end I will tally all the profit up and see how much money was made. As regular readers of Oddssmasher matched betting blog know we love a nice risk free profit chance so these will be the offers of focus on this first day. Below you will find all the offers that I have done today and this will be added to as we progress through the races.

Cheltenham Festival day 1 offers.

CORAL- The first offer I got on was Corals money back for all losing bets up to £25 on the first race. Ideally this should be done using the risk free equal profit calculator but I am going to try get the full free bet by doing a normal back and lay matched bet on one of the outsiders! Profit= £20

William Hill- This is one of today’s better offers! They are offering a cash bonus up to £100 for all winners in the first race of the Festival. I will be using the Oddsmonkey Win bonus calculator for this matched bet. Profit=£26

William Hill Hi5 qualifying profit £8

Ladbrokes- Ladbrokes are offering a winnings boost of up to £50 in the form of a free bet for all winning bets on the first race. By taking the risk free equal profit we would only stand to make a couple of pound on this bet so instead I will be doing a normal back and lay matched bet on the favourite with a slight overlay to make it a risk free shot at a £50 free bet. Profit=£0

Betway- The offer from Betway is money back in the form of a free but up to £10 on the first and last race of the day, each day! Again I will just matched bet by backing and laying an outsider in the hope that they do not win for the full £10 free bet value. Profit= £8

Sportnation- Money back as a free bet up to £50 if your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd, this will need a standard matched bet and fingers crossed. Sportnation are also offering a £100 refund free bet if the SP favourite wins the last race of the day Profit= £38

Genting Bet- Free bet up to the value of £20 in your first losing bet of the festival, this will be my first time using Genting bet outside of the sign up offer! Profit= £16

Betfred and Totesport- Free bet up to the value of £10 at each bookmaker if your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd in the last race of the day Proft=£7

Matched betting Cheltenham festival odds boosts.

Here are the oddsboosts and profits from said boosts that I have made during the first day of the festival!

William Hill- Flash Odds boost profit=£2.26

Total matched betting profits from day 1

Today was a pretty good day although it was quite manic, especially with a few of the bookmakers sites going down at crucial times! However a decent profit was made and I am happy with how the matched betting went.

Total profit= £125

  1. Sounds like you made a good start to the Cheltenham festival Oddssmasher. The William Hill happy hour boosts and odds boosts for every race was a great profit boosted. How did you do for days 2-4 of the festival?

    • Hi MBZ, I had a pretty steady festival with some decent profits and some how kept it pretty stress free! The 4th day was a complete write off though and I did not hit anything lol
